Modular Divider System for IKEA Malm Dresser – 3D Printed Parts for MDF Panels
This 3D model allows you to customize the inside of your IKEA Malm dresser. The modular connectors are designed for MDF strips with a width of 150 mm, available in either 3 mm or 5 mm thickness.
🔧 Included Parts:
- End piece, T‑connector, and cross adapter for 3 mm and 5 mm MDF
- Slot dimensions: 3.1 × 150.2 mm or 5.1 × 150.2 mm for a secure fit
📐 Wood Length Tip:
If you use two end pieces, subtract a total of 5 mm from the MDF strip length.
Example: For a drawer depth of 500 mm, the MDF strip should be 495 × 150 mm.
🛠️ Printing Recommendation:
The T‑connector and cross adapter should ideally be printed lying flat.
Using support material is recommended – with proper support settings, removal is easy and the parts will still fit perfectly.
