Description

Italiano:

  2. L'Organizer vero e proprio: Si inserisce a pressione sulla staffa e rimane montato lateralmente

Cosa puoi alloggiare:

  • Colla stick (in dotazione)
  • 3 Chiavi a brugola (in dotazione).
  • Tronchesina (in dotazione).
  • Sblocca-ugelli (in dototazione).
  • 2 Penne USB

English:

I created this organizer because I couldn't find any similar projects for my printers (AD5X and AD5M) without an enclosure.

How it’s made:
The organizer consists of two pieces:

  1. The Support Bracket: It attaches directly to the back of the printer using two screws. This ensures the organizer stays firmly in place without vibrating or falling.
  2. The Main Organizer: It snaps onto the bracket with a friction fit and sits conveniently on the side.

What it holds:

  • Glue stick (the one included with the printer)
  • 3 Allen keys (included)
  • Side cutters (included)
  • Nozzle unclogging tool (included)
  • 2 USB sticks
  • One extra empty slot

Print Settings:
I printed the bracket with 70% infill for strength and the organizer with 15% infill. Multicolor is not necessary.

PS: (For AD5M owners)
I noticed that Flashforge has updated the design over time. I’ve owned two AD5M units, and the latest ones have the screw holes in the same position as the AD5X. Please verify the dimensions and hole positions on your printer before printing the bracket.

The STL file “Update Organizer Flashforge V2 supporto cacciavite” contains the organizer with the original Flashforge screwdriver holder.

I made the modification to support the original Flashforge screwdriver if you still need it. It is located in the downloadable STL files. Thank you again for the compliments

Excellent despite my Ad5X having the enclosure kit, I put this tool holder on it, I put a top screw on the structure and glued the bottom and the black holder with Tek Bond because I don't intend to remove it anymore, the kit turned out fantastic, congratulations to the creator

Pretty good. Only thing to now is screwdriver hole is a bit narrow and its hard to get it in and out for couple times.

Thank you for the review. I have enlarged the hole from 3.2mm to 3.6mm and updated the file should you need it again

Strange, you don't have any holes in the back of the print? I also have the AD5M and the holes are present. Maybe I'll adapt it for you

Does anyone know if it works with the enclosure? Other organizers I've seen here all mount on the rails, so they are out of the question, this one seems to be the most promising one.
