Sonicare ultrasonic mount (DIY ultrasonic tools!)

I started this project originally trying to make an ultrasonic xacto style cutter / ultrasonic knife mount for a Sonicare ultrasonic electric toothbrush. Turns out the Sonicare's ultrasonic vibrations with an xacto blade attached is not strong enough to even cut paper! So I gave up on that idea…

So instead, I'm sharing this mount remix I made - by creating an inverse of this model: Sonicare Brush Tip Handle by Kou_kun42 - Thingiverse

It fits snuggly onto the metal rod for mounting ultrasonic brush heads onto.

You could use this sonicare mount as a foundation for remixing for other ideas you'd like to attempt using the sonicare's ultrasonic vibrations as the source. (for a moment I thought - oh someone could create an ultrasonic brush for painting etc and then realized, oh no wait…that's what it is to begin with…doh!). Anyhow, feel free to get creative!

Ultrasonic back scratcher? Ultrasonic pencil? Ultrasonic sander? Ultrasonic mount for incompatible brush heads??? Ultrasonic….(you fill in the blanks!).
