3D Miniature of the Lumen Field and T-Mobile Park
Model Information:
The Lumen Field and T-Mobile Park are located directly next to each other in the "SoDo" district of Seattle, Washington, forming one of the most compact and impressive sports centers in the USA.
- Lumen Field: The home of the Seattle Seahawks (NFL) and Seattle Sounders (MLS) is famous for its loudness. The open U-shaped design with its two massive roof arches reflects the sound of the fans (the "12s") back onto the field. Additionally, the open north end offers a spectacular view of the Seattle skyline.
- T-Mobile Park: Directly to the south is the stadium of the Seattle Mariners (MLB). It is known for its unique retractable roof, which functions like an "umbrella": It covers the playing field but leaves the sides open to maintain an open-air atmosphere despite rain.
- Neighborhood: Both stadiums replaced the demolished Kingdome and are separated only by a street and train tracks, making them a popular destination for "double-headers" (two games in one day).
The file contains a quite detailed replica of the Lumen Field and T-Mobile Park as well as their surroundings.
