Sheep Music Box – A round of music and magic

🛠️ Assembly Steps

1️⃣ Print
Print both parts:
    •    the sheep with the pin
    •    the base with the little hearts

2️⃣ Support Removal
Carefully remove all supports from the sheep and the pin, leaving the pieces clean and ready for assembly.

If necessary, use a utility knife or sandpaper to make the base surface smooth, without traces of supports.

3️⃣ Inserting the Music Box Key
Insert the music box key into the slot of the printed pin.
It is normal to require some force, as the key must enter stably to prevent unwanted movement.

To help you:
    •    place the pin on a hard surface
    •    push the key all the way in

⚠️ Make sure the key is fully inserted, otherwise it could get stuck on the base during rotation.

4️⃣ Sheep + Pin Assembly
Insert the pin into the sheep, adding a little glue to ensure a perfect fit. 
Make sure the pin is completely inserted into the sheep, so that the movement is fluid and stable.

5️⃣ Mechanism Mounting in the Base
Place the Piano Music Box Bottom Winding Kit – K014 into its housing inside the base.
Holding the mechanism firmly with one hand, flip the base over and:
    •    insert the three screws into the appropriate holes above the base
    •    tighten them with a Phillips screwdriver

⚠️ Do not overtighten: a slight pull is sufficient to prevent the mechanism from moving. Excessive force could break the plastic.

6️⃣ Final Assembly
Screw the sheep with the already assembled pin and key clockwise onto the music box mechanism's pin.
