This whiskey barrel–themed gavel and sounding block set is a fully 3D-printable design inspired by classic barrel construction, perfect for clubs, ceremonies, meetings, or display pieces.

The model is intentionally free of pre-applied artwork, allowing makers to personalize it with their own SVG designs on the gavel faces and block surface.

🎨 Custom Artwork Support

This model is designed for user-added SVG artwork:

• Gavel face SVG: 50 mm diameter
• Block face SVG: 86 mm diameter

Perfect for logos, club emblems, text, or custom designs using multicolor printing, filament swaps, or emboss/deboss workflows.

🧩 Assembly Notes

• The handle prints in two pieces for improved strength and cleaner layer lines
• Parts are joined using the included alignment pins and super glue
• Once assembled, the handle threads into the gavel head

⚠️ Important:
The threads are intentionally tight for a solid final fit.

• Screw in slowly
• Advance a little at a time
• Back off periodically to prevent binding
• Rushing this step may result in stripped or broken threads

• No supports required
• Works well with wood-PLA, matte PLA, or standard PLA
• Multicolor printing recommended for best visual results
• Light sanding or finishing can further enhance the barrel look
