This Universal Strip Length Cutting Jig is a compact, modular 3D-printed workshop tool designed for fast, precise, and repeatable length cuts on strip and flat materials.

Simply insert the material until it hits the integrated length stop, hold it in position, and cut at the defined cutting edge.
No measuring, no marking - every cut comes out square and identical.

Typical use cases

  • Cutting metal, plastic, wood, or composite strips

Real-world example

I use this jig to cut magnetic metal strips to exact lengths for my Toniebox bed mounts, where Tonie figures are held in place magnetically.
