That color match is great, what filament did you use?

We actually painted it. It was originally blue.

Here is an idea for the badge. It was set up using images for the geometry. I'll get this file added. looks like the Bowtie logo is freely used in a lot of designs without issue.

Turned out beautifully! Printed in ASA-CF, I modified the adapter not to have the knob on the end (as I just like a clean look better!) and custom made badges for the truck with it's name and symbol with ABS-GF (because ASA-CF doesn't stick to a carbon plate) and PETG-HF. Attached it lower down so that it's more out of the way.

Thanks for sharing. Allows my 13 year old 3D printing fanatic to participate in dads squarebody obsession. Will install as soon as we bring the K20 out of winter hibernation.

printed it as it sits in the photo with supports for the holes. I let the chamber warm up to 50C internal air temp before printing and took 6hrs 12m to print 0.16 layers, 5 wall loops, 15% gyros infill, and 6top and bottom layers. 10mm brim.

I have successfully printed the main cup holder in PTEG-CF and they look even better than the PLA test prints.

The parts are 250mm on the long edge. I don't think it is possible without a complete redesign to fit your 180mm bed.

Look at the v5 I just added. I was able to split that design into two pieces for smaller print beds.
