Ball Valve Visual Lock – 3D Printed (PETG)

 

This 3D-printed ball valve visual lock is designed as a clear, physical reminder that a ball valve should not be opened or closed in a home or educational setting.

It is ideal for situations where you want to:

Prevent accidental valve operation at home

Clearly signal “do not touch” during maintenance or experiments

Demonstrate lockout concepts for training or educational purposes

The design physically blocks the valve handle and allows the use of a standard padlock, making the valve state immediately obvious at a glance.

sorry for the later reaction I missed your message. in open position 40mm max in close position 90+ mm and the handle should be about 22 mm max. I don't know where your from but I took the liberty to convert it for you. locked in ​Open Position (40 mm): 1.57 inches ​locked in Closed Position (90 mm): 3.54 inches ​Max Handle Diameter/Width (22 mm): 0.87 inches. hope this helps. good luck

Does this allow for it to be locked in both positions? I want to use it with the valve in the closed position.
