DJI O4 Lite case (Pavo 20 Pro) Version 2

Case for DJI O4 Lite – Fits Perfectly in the Pavo 20 Pro Frame for the O3 Bracket

This custom case is designed specifically for the DJI O4 Lite and fits perfectly into the Pavo 20 Pro frame. All buttons, ports, and wires are easily accessible. It also includes some small ventilation holes to help with airflow.

The case has only been tested with the Pavo 20 Pro frame, but it may be compatible with other drones as well.

The print seen in the images has been printed with the default settings for Bambulab PLA Matte in Bambulab Studio. Preferred material would be PETG, but I find that the PLA works perfectly fine. The model needs some support in some areas, but it has been kept to a minimum.

There are two versions available:

• One with plastic extensions inside the case to hold the board. (dji_o4_lite_case.3mf)
• One designed to use the 6mm rubber spacers included as spare parts in the Pavo 20 Pro kit from BetaFPV. (dji_o4_lite_case_rubber_extensions.3mf)

Both versions use the 15mm M2 screws and bolts from the kit. While it's not recommended, the case can also be mounted without screws and still holds together well — though this allows the VTX to move more freely inside.

The top and bottom of the case are marked with arrows pointing forward, making installation easy. There are also markings for bottom (B) and top (T).
