Description
This is a small mechanical desk sweeper.
Assembly Instructions
Place a rubber band on each wheel. Mount both wheels onto the axle with the gear teeth facing inward.
Take the two parts of the brush core. Insert the three brushes. Pay attention to the orientation of the asymmetric dovetail. Close the core parts around the brushes.
- Mount the two intermediate gears onto their pins in the main body. Rotate them by hand to make sure they spin freely.
snap the brush assembly into place and make sure it meshes correctly with the intermediate gear.
Slightly flex the debris tray to slide the drive wheel and axle in from the side until the axle snaps into place.
Gently bend the debris tray to make sure it contacts the surface being swept.
Glue the eyes in place.
