This project is a series of 3D printed mounts designed to mount a Raspberry Pi 4 Model B inside a standard 10" rack

To suit different needs, the model is available in multiple configurations: from the minimal version with only Raspberry Pi to variants equipped with an OLED display for system monitoring and Keystone openings for more organized connectivity management

It is designed for those who use Raspberry Pi as a server, NAS, home lab, automation system, or monitoring node and desire a clean, compact, and professional solution for the increasingly popular 10" racks

🖥️ Supported components

Raspberry Pi version

• Raspberry Pi 4 Model B

OLED version

• OLED 128×64 I2C display (SSD1306 or compatible)

Keystone version

• Keystone RJ45 standard

(Raspberry Pi, display, Keystone, and cables not included)

🛠️ Assembly

• The Raspberry Pi is attached to the mount using 4 M2.5 or M3 screws
• In OLED versions, the display is attached to the back of the front panel using hot glue
• In Keystone versions, the module is simply inserted into the dedicated front opening
• The design ensures full access to ports and organized cable management

Required hardware

• 4× M2.5 or M3 screws for the Raspberry Pi
• Hot glue (for OLED versions only)
• Standard RJ45 Keystone (for Keystone versions only)

🖨️ Printing tips

• Recommended material: PLA+ / PETG
• Layer height: 0.2 mm
• Infill: 15–25%
• Supports: not necessary
• Orientation: as per print profile (front on build plate)

⚠️ All four models are included in the print file on separate plates. Before starting the print, make sure to select the correct plate based on the version you wish to produce:

• Raspberry Pi + OLED
• Raspberry Pi + Keystone
• Raspberry Pi + OLED + Keystone
• Raspberry Pi only

For hot environments or enclosed racks, PETG is recommended

ℹ️ Notes

• The OLED display uses an I2C interface and is ideal for displaying information such as CPU usage, RAM, temperature, network traffic, and uptime
• Keystone versions allow for cleaner and more professional installations, facilitating cable management within the rack
• All variants share the same compact design and are designed to integrate perfectly into 10" racks
