Description

I have in use a couple of Afterburner Heating Controllers that are an upgrade to the supplied 12/ 24 volt Chinese Diesel Heater controllers.

The Afterburner is available with a GPIO  that allows convenient functions to be accessed directly.
For my use, I am utilising a 22mm momentary  Start/ Stop switch with a built in Green LED to indicated running status,
also another momentary Start/ Stop switch to reset the Low Fuel Level indication form the Fuel Tank Sender, with an embedded Red status LED.
It is worth noting, that the text on the faceplate is added in Bambu Studio using the .3mf file attached, if using individual files they will not be present.
Two 12mm ports are available for cable entry/ cable glands, one for the wiring to the Afterburner, and the other to the Fuel Tank Sender.

I have used:
Four x M4 x 6mm Brass threaded inserts
Four M4 x 10mm Countersunk screws
Two x M12 Cable Glands, something like NGM12-BLK
I printed in ABS, using the colours, Black, Red, Green & White.
1 x 22mm Green Surround LED Momentary Switch
1 x 22mm Red Surround LED Momentary Switch
