Why not?

This is my attempt at a case to hold a Wemos D1 Mini V4 (likely works with other Wemos D1 Mini boards) and a 3 pin DHT22 temperature/humidity sensor board. The controller and sensor are separated to help prevent heat from the controller from affecting the readings of the sensor. I recommend mounting this either horizontally or with the controller above the sensor.

There are mounting points for two M2x4 screws for the D1 Mini V4 and a M2x4 and M3x4 for the DHT22 sensor board. There is also a hole in the center for a mounting screw. Thin double sided tape may work in place of screws or if your particular board does not have screw holes.

The covers snap in place and need to be in the correct orientation to fit correctly, please see the pictures.

I generally use PETG for electronics enclosures due to the increased fire resistance, but PLA would  likely work fine.

Update 12/29/2025: Slight improvement to DHT22 standoffs.
