Volvo / Polestar SPA - Key Case AirTag Compartment

📝 Description

This is a custom-designed key case compatible with Volvo and Polestar vehicles built on the SPA (Scalable Product Architecture) platform.

The design features a dedicated integrated opening for an Apple AirTag, allowing you to securely place an AirTag inside the key case without any additional accessories. It’s perfect for preventing lost keys while maintaining a clean and minimal look.

The original design included only one side. I added a second case without an AirTag compartment so the overall design looks symmetrical.

🖨️ Printing Recommendations

• Material: PLA / PETG
• ABS and ASA have higher shrinkage than other materials, so print at your own risk.
• The material I printed is PETG-GF from Eryone so it is not showing layer lines as much as other filaments. I highly recommend to printed it with a material has Glass Fiber or Carbon Fiber reinforced to hide layer lines.
