PLEASE READ!
This is a TPU insert and most of what makes the file work is in the print profile. If you use the STL it will just be a solid form. What makes this insert an insert is more the infill pattern, densities, part modifiers, and shell/wall settings.
Having said that, this insert was designed for a 35mm 2.2 beadlock like the RC lions below:

They are designed to fit a Jconcepts Tusk 2.2 lp so a 5.25 inch tall tire and the are meant to widen out the tire profile a bit and offer alot of compliance while having a dual stage like center.
I would call these a Soft and just about perfect for a rig in the 7-9lbs range. You could always adjust them by adding 1-2 percentage points of infill to the insert. I printed them in 90A tpu on a p1s using this eternal spool mount:

Bottom shell against plate is usually a little stiffer and best to mount to the outside. Top side shell my be a bit stringy but other than being softer doesn't seem to come apart.
