Description
I modeled this clamping bushing replacement for a Brötje heating system after the original part became brittle and failed. It’s a small but essential component, and replacement parts are overly expensive.
The design is straightforward and modeled to match the original dimensions for a precise fit. It’s a simple, functional piece that does exactly what it needs to do: provide a secure hold within the assembly.
I chose white PolyTerra PLA for this print. The matte finish of the PolyTerra gives it a clean, "factory" look that blends in well with the surrounding components, and the material prints very reliably for parts requiring tight tolerances.
