Stranger Things – Line Art Circle (Optical Illusion)
This model was designed by me based on a special design concept
:
The image is created exclusively by varying line widths within a circle.
Only from a distance does the motif become visible, creating an optical illusion effect where the image seemingly forms out of nowhere. Depending on the light, viewing angle, and print settings, the result always looks slightly different.
Features:
- Round design with concentric lines
- Motif created only by line thickness
- Ideal as a wall art, decoration, or eye-catcher in your Maker-Space
- Works particularly well with a cleanly calibrated printer
Here you have the option for 2 different models, one with an outline logo and one in full color!
The surface always looks like an Octagram spiral to me because I find it visually more appealing than a failed attempt at smoothing:
The model is printed with the text facing the print bed, so you also have the option to use effect plates to give it a special look. If you use effect plates, please reduce the speed for the first layer!
Please DO NOT flip it over and just slice it, then you will get a good result!!
