📦 MaxiCut: The Adjustable Cardboard Strip Cutter

Turn old boxes into precise strips in seconds! Whether you want to make DIY cat scratchers, eco-friendly packing material, or crafting projects, this tool makes the job effortless.

Stop struggling with scissors or rulers. The MaxiCut allows you to slice cardboard into consistent widths ranging from 1 cm to 15 cm.

✨ Key Features

  • Fully Adjustable: Choose your width in 1 cm steps (from 1 cm up to 15 cm).
  • Perfect for Upcycling: The easiest way to turn waste cardboard into free cat scratching boards or pads.
  • Standard Hardware: Uses common 18mm snap-off blades (utility knife blades).
  • Simple Assembly: No screws or glue required.

🛠️ Instructions & Assembly

This design prints easily and uses a standard cutter blade:

  1. You need a standard 18mm snap-off blade (large box cutter style).
  2. Snap off a piece that consists of 4 segments/subdivisions.
  3. Carefully insert this blade segment into the printed Blade Holder.
  4. Slot the holder into the desired width on the main guide and start cutting!

⚠️ Safety Warning

Please be extremely careful when handling the exposed razor blades and inserting them into the holder. This tool is very sharp and is not a toy for children
