This is a decorative sleeve for hand soap dispensers. It was specifically designed for the foaming hand soaps sold by Bath & Body Works.
Two print profiles are included, one for disposable bottles, which are smaller. The other is for refillable bottles, which are larger.
Unlike many of my soap dispenser sleeves, this one is only one piece. So you save filament by only printing one. But it does involve some support and purge waste.
Any rigid filament will work.
This model is open in the back, which is a compromise that allows multiple colors with limited waste and support. It works great with Bath and Body Works foaming hand soaps. But if you really want it to be fully enclosed, you can adapt the model and use an inner insert, following the instructions here.
