P2S Fan Cover (with logo)

New version of my fan cover for the P2S hotend with the Bambu logo and color added to the outer ring. Prevents inadvertent touching of the spinning fan in the hot end when moving it by hand. Clicks into the fan housing with a bit of a push (tight fit). Large mesh will not inhibit airflow. I strongly suggest printing with PETG (or other high temp filament) as PLA may not handle the temperature and break. The logo and outer ring color has been painted on to the model surface (printed face down) so the color swaps are minimal. 

NOTE: This version has reduced the depth of the lip that clips into the fan opening to make sure there is no possible contact with the fan. I have never had that problem but it was reported by 2 users so this version should prevent that possibility. Take care when clicking it into place, it is a tight fit and make sure the logo is in the right orientation (it can be hard to rotate it). If you ever need to remove it use a sharp blade to slip under the front lip and lever it out (it usually comes out clean, if the lip breaks you can always print another one).

The cover (displayed) was printed with Bambu Black PETG (plus Sunlu Green PETG for the logo & ring), 0.4 nozzle, 0.2 layer height on the Bambu textured plate. I have colored other pictures to show how the cover can look with different color choices. You can also paint the ring or logo in a separate color.
