IFOOTAGE COBRA 2 ->3 MINITRIPOD CB3 BASE-P ADAPTER

The IFOOTAGE COBRA 2 A150S is a versatile monopod that allows you to raise the center column with a single control. However, it's already 6 years old. The new COBRA 3 version has a better-engineered minitripod with a foot lever for vertically locking/unlocking the column. Unfortunately, the new quick-release adapter isn't fully compatible with the old column. I solved the problem by purchasing only the new COBRA 3 MINITRIPOD CB3 BASE-P and designing a 3D-printed adapter on FUSION360, preferably with PPA-CF. This creates a much more versatile monopod. The foot control allows you to tilt the column or lock it vertically. The handle allows you to raise the column to the desired height; furthermore, this modification increases its height by about 5 cm.
