Flyscreen Spline Roller Tool (4–6mm)
Print Profile(1)

Description
This flyscreen spline roller is a simple, practical tool I designed after realising I’d forgotten to buy one on my last trip to the local hardware store. Rather than make another run, I modelled and printed my own. It features a concave roller wheel that guides and presses the spline neatly into the frame channel for a secure fit.
The tool is printed in multiple parts and assembles easily with a small dab of super glue to secure the axle bolt and retaining pin. No supports are required, making it an easy and reliable print.
Designed to be compatible with common flyscreen spline sizes, this tool is ideal for DIY window and door screen repairs.
