350w switching power supply case
Print Profile(1)

Description
I recently added an H2C with 3 AMS2 units, and the official power supply was too expensive. I had two Mornsun LM350-10B24 350W power supplies, so I made this case. It's not perfect, and the heat dissipation isn't as good as without a case, so if you mind, don't print it. Here are the accessories
For the power supply, only the dimensions I've highlighted need to be the same; other brands can also be used

GX12 aviation connector Based on power conversion, the GX12 aviation connector's operating current is sufficient https://item.taobao.com/item.htm?id=603412968388&mi_id=0000rZ520oo-MDGA97TL5v3pDKpPhDUdwJwiUZHN8Xrb5CM&spm=tbpc.boughtlist.suborder_itemtitle.1.5af72e8dnAXynO

Then you also need 3 DC male connector cables, choose them yourselves. You also need to buy countersunk M4*5 or M4*6 screws. Longer ones won't fit. Screw them in with appropriate force; the casing is aluminum alloy, so don't overtighten. 4 hot-melt M3 nuts
The complete list is here. For installation, a slot is designed so that once the power supply screws are tightened, it will be secured. Oh, and after printing, make sure the casing cools completely before removing it, otherwise it's prone to deformation. Remember, remember. The aviation connector screws are very small and tight, so be patient during installation
