Hello !
Today I'm sharing my creation of one of the Mercedes turbulence flap servo control modules that I made after the original ones broke on my brother's car. They have been tested and approved without issues.
I printed them in ABS from Bambu, keeping the basic profiles. I print them lying down with supports so that the layers do not give way under pressure.
It is strongly advised against printing them in any material other than ABS, ASA, or Nylon! Temperatures can reach close to 90° in the engine compartment where it is housed!
