Prints well with Bambu PLA but final assembly fits a bit loosely

Boards with a card reader don‘t quite fit. Open up the camera hole to 8 mm (I used a step drill), and you‘ll be fine.

Worked perfectly right away with double-sided adhesive tape and was ideally suited for my project

Great little case. I couldn't get the lid closed, so increased the height of the top by an extra 1mm. I also made a modified version of the top lid that includes a flared hole for the front LED. Thanks.

I completed this project and was genuinely impressed by how well everything came together. The build process was smooth, the instructions were clear, and the end result worked exactly as expected. It’s obvious a lot of care and effort went into making this accessible and polished. This is a great example of a well-thought-out, high-quality project that others can benefit from. Thank you for sharing such a valuable contribution with the community!

I want to ask how you did the power connections in the case. Are those female dupont connectors that you bent at a 90 degree angle and pushed into the holes in the case? Does anyone have any more detailed instructions on how to do this or a similar solution?

Yes, this is made for the female dupond with the plastic removed. Just bend it in place and push it in. Secure it with some ca glue.
