Description

This is a compact crevice tool attachment designed for Samsung Jet vacuum cleaners. My vacuum only came with long, bulky attachments, so I designed this smaller nozzle for better access to tight spaces.

Compatibility

This crevice tool fits the entire Samsung Jet 60 / 70 / 75 / 85 / 90 / 95 / Bespoke Jet vacuum cleaner series.

Advantages

The compact size gives you precision control while maintaining full suction power, making it ideal for detailed cleaning tasks where the standard attachments are too large.

Will It Fit My Setup?

The tolerances are very precise and optimized for Bambu Lab P2S with Bambu Lab Matte PLA.

 

Test Before Full Print: The print profile includes a quick test ring to verify fit with your printer/filament combination. The attachment must slide fully onto the vacuum tube until it reaches the end stop.

Fitting Issues?

  • Too tight: Increase X-Y hole compensation by +0.1mm increments in your slicer
  • Too loose: Decrease X-Y hole compensation by -0.1mm increments in your slicer

Adjust the Quality → Precision → X-Y hole compensation setting and reprint the test ring until you achieve a perfect fit.

Hi @Turbopstros, I came across your Dyson-to-32 mm adapter and it looks close to what I need. I’m using a Samsung Jet 95, and the brush head is clogged. A replacement is about $200, while generic 32 mm vacuum heads are $20–$30. Would it be possible to make a version for the Samsung Jet 95 connection? It uses a 3-pin connector, but I don’t need the powered function—just a mechanical adapter. Ideally: Female Samsung Jet 95 connection Male 32 mm outlet I’ve attached photos of the Samsung connector, your Dyson adapter example, and the generic head I want to use. Thanks, Isaac

Hey Isaac @0000000888 I've just published new print profile with the adapter for 32mm. Unfortunately I do not have any 32mm head, only 31.5mm. Please, test it with your 32mm head and let me know if any dimensions need to be adjusted. Thanks!

One reason I’m interested in this is that spinning brush heads are a nightmare if you have long hair. Hair wraps around the spindle, creates friction, heats up, and eventually wears out the plastic gears that drive the brush. Once that happens the head is basically junk. Being able to use a simple non-powered 32 mm head avoids that problem. I also think adapters like this could get a lot of downloads if there were variations such as: Dyson (female) → 32 mm (male) Samsung Jet (female) → 32 mm (male) Dreame (female) → 32 mm (male) Tineco (female) → 32 mm (male) Roborock (female) → 32 mm (male) There are millions of these vacuums out there and replacement heads are expensive, while standard 32 mm heads are cheap and easy to find. Thanks again — I’ll report back after testing.

I think your right about this the external measurement of these heads are 32mm which means the internal dimension should be between 31.5 and 31.8 Ive justed checked the one I just purchased the internal dimension is 31.5mm

Yes, it’s an excellent model. I slightly adjusted the entry point because I don’t like visible seams. Everything turned out nice and tight in the end. This is exactly the kind of nozzle I was missing. Printed it on the A1 Mini — first did a test version to check the fit for my vacuum cleaner, and it matched perfectly, so I printed the final one. Thanks to the author!
