WAVLINK AX3000 & AX1800 Baby Pin mount

This is a simple mount for the WAVLINK AX3000 i made to mount on top of my van. I work in the Film industry and use a Standardized Mount called a baby pin often. I have them laying around and they are easy to get with 3/8-16 or ¼-20 threads for mounting. This mount lets you use the included metal zip tires or I used some fancy GripTies i had laying around to mount the access point to it. Uising a 3/8-16 heat set insert to add a screw to secure the mount to the baby pin.

I printed in Bambu ASA with a slightly modified version of thier printing profile:

First layer PEI: 115C

Fill layers PEI: 105

Large 25mm Brim to help adhesion (asa dont like to stick)

I also preheated my Printer by heating the bed to 115C and leaving it for 30-45mins, this will help bed adhesion

ASA Is great for UV exposure, Keep in mind its nasty to print and makes the air awful so dont print in ur bedroom

Needed:

3/8-16 heat set insert

ASA or Equivelent (PA6-cf or something With good UV properties)
