Winter essential, thermostatic breathable soft cushion, power bank powered, TPU printing, no supports
Print Profile(1)

Description
This is part of my entry for this year's Industrial Design Skills Competition - Furniture Designer. A thermostatic cushion printed with no supports.
The cushion uses segmented printing to achieve a good support effect. It is recommended to use TPU 90A and below for printing, which can achieve a better support effect. I haven't tried 80A, so friends who have the conditions can provide feedback on the sitting experience.
Many versions have been iterated internally, and the first version is now released, with some areas still needing optimization. I hope to gather ideas and feedback from everyone.
Those with hands-on ability should be able to find relevant parts from the pictures I uploaded. I'm releasing this first, as I'm busy preparing for the competition and don't have time to shoot videos yet. A detailed tutorial will be released later on Bilibili, so you can follow my Bilibili account first: tu_tuu_tuu.
For those who print first, make sure to print the shell first, as the shell acts as support. Pay attention to whether the shell prints flat. I added a pause layer to the soft cushion part, so you can simply flip the shell over and place it. If the shell warps slightly, it generally does not affect the printing effect. It's best to observe the printer until this layer is completed.
