This 3D bas-relief is based on the historical artwork by Romeo Balsimelli, a traditional Sammarinese sculptor linked to the local stone-carving heritage.

This 3D bas-relief depicts Saint Marinus, legendary founder of the Republic of San Marino, shown while carving stone with hammer and chisel, accompanied by the iconic tamed bear from local tradition.
A symbolic scene from the oldest surviving Republic in the world, ideal for history lovers, art enthusiasts, and anyone connected to San Marino.

Designed as a single-piece printable bas-relief, with clean depth levels suitable for FDM resin/PLA printing and display. Perfect as wall decor, souvenir, heritage piece or cultural gift.

If you enjoyed this model, feel free to explore my other creations — and boost the project to support future artworks!
