Description

Sneaky Screw – DamageLESS Wall Pin

Sneaky Screw, a low-profile, damageLESS wall pin designed for lightweight mounting without drills or anchors. Its tapered design lets you strongly pin it into drywall or soft surfaces with minimal effort, leaving only a tiny pinhole that’s easy to cover later.

Perfect for hanging small prints, organizers, cables, decorations, or quick test mounts during prototyping. Simple, discreet, and renter-friendly.

Sneaky Screw uses a 1.2mm x 20mm (or 8-gauge × 3/4", for my imperial people) Nails and angled to provide strong hold yet minimal damage to the wall. Pushing tool is added to aid in driving the nails into the wall (or just use a flat part of a coin!)

The print profile includes :
Plate 1 - 7 Sneaky Screw (PLA and PETG can be used)
Plate 2 - Pushing Tool (PLA and PETG can be used)
Plate 3 - Hook Sample (PETG is recommended)

I am open for feedback. I would like if someone from the imperial side would test this with their nail standard.

UPDATE 1 (12/03/25) :

 - I am thankful for the helpful comments in the reddit post. Now, I have combined all of their suggestions and ideas. Here are what I added:

  1. Negative part - for the angled holes for more possible Sneaky screwing!
  2. Pin Cap - to snugly fit the Sneaky pins to hide those shiny nails.
  3. Hook Sample 2 - Revised with more toughness by printing it by side and also a good application of the Negative part.
