The biggest challenge I had was deciding what kind of assembly method to use. Snapfiting and screws would not have been a good match especially in the wing areas because in time they would sag and loose form The winner here from my tests was CA Glue. applied to the entire joining surfaces it holds the shapes evenly regardless of the mounting position. Screws are still used for the cockpit interior assembly and the canopy is snap fit for easy access The accessories are attached to the main body with magnets for ease of use and hassle free switching.
It has channels for wiring built in and translucent parts where lights are supposed to be
I strongly recommend using ASA for the wing pegs and for the mount
