Description
Many masters have made versions, but I felt they were all slightly lacking and not suitable for my needs. I drew my own version referencing an aluminum alloy case on JLC, adapted for Dayi A3 battery
Front panel SK120X / banana jack / XT60 male / DC-099 / KCD11 individually controls SW3518
Main body base A3 power outlet
Rear panel XT60 male / DC-099 / PD decoy 20V. KCD4 controls DC power output or A3 battery power output. 4010 fan linked to SK120X for temperature-controlled auto-start
PD decoy and Sw3518 connected separately with M2*8 screws using buckles
For my own testing, I used crimp terminals for convenience. It is recommended to shorten the wires and solder them directly. When using SW3518, be careful not to exceed 35V
