Hello. These are a protective cap for standard wire masonry brushes which are recommended for 3D printer nozzle cleaning. I designed this product because all solutions available on alternative sites were either unclear, over-specific, fragile, did not fit their intended use, or wasted filament and time. So I designed what works for the maximum number of these standard brushes and decided to share my work with you for free use on MakerWorld. Masonry brushes come in multiple multiple brush-types including brass, stiff plastic, and stainless steel, and have thousands of standard uses in carpentry, arts & crafts, garages, and machine work, including cleaning welding slag and rust. They are incredibly useful inexpensive tools, but constantly pricking fingers and sweaters when not covered, and are sharp enough to easily draw blood by accident or on a child. With these caps we can easily throw these brushes around our workshop and into our craft bags without any concern of injury or harm, child safe, with fast printing, and these fit every brush we have from our various vendors across the years. They fit extra strong because of their unique design of the slitted slot for friction precision, and are soft to the touch because we carefully filleted every surface properly. Our work uses the minimum amount of filament and print time for any product of this quality and robustness. We are very pleased with our results and expect you will be too.
