Description

Standard deck of cards (52 cards) plus two jokers. This also includes a case for the cards that needs to be folded into the box shape. The cards are plenty flexible and can eaily be shuffled and they bridge well! I found the textured PEI sheet to give a nice feel in the hands and keeps cards from sticking to eachother. I found PLA to work just fine for the cards - plenty flexible and per ususal easy to work with. The cards also shuffle extremely well and even bridge! I first tried the box as PLA but it quickly broke after too many bends of the lid so I made it out of PETG next time and so far it's held up just fine.

The 0.2mm nozzle allowed for fine detail and thin layers. In my testing I found that having 2 layers of the color was just right - not going to peak through but also enoough to be plenty visible so I used 0.06mm layer height.

I also found that slowing down the first layer and starting with black ensured good first layers.

Here is a video of the cards being shuffled.
