Frank’s Fluids Light Box Always Sunny Fan Art

Overview

This is a Frank’s Fluids Beverage Company themed light box inspired by the brand created by Frank Reynolds in the show It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia. The design is a round puck style sign with the logo recessed into the front so it glows when lit from behind.

The model is split into two parts
• Light box face with mirrored artwork so it prints face down for a smooth front surface
• Light box back with a wiring pass through and a mounting hole for hanging on a wall

Assembly and finishing

Print notes

• Designed for PLA with a 0.20 millimeter standard Bambu profile on P1S and X1 series printers
• Print the face flat on the bed with the logo mirrored against the build plate
• Print the back plate as oriented in the project file

Assembly

• Place an LED strip, COB bar, or fairy lights behind the logo area inside the box
• Route the power cable through the 20 millimeter circular hole in the back
• Use the integrated keyhole style slot to hang the finished sign on a screw or wall hook
• Optionally add a thin diffuser such as parchment paper, a white PLA insert, or frosted acrylic between the lights and the face for a softer glow
