【Design Highlights and Problems Solved】

【Printing Suggestions】

• Recommended materials: PETG, ABS, ASA. Please choose a filament that can withstand high summer temperatures inside the car; PLA is not recommended.
• Layer height: 0.12mm for a smoother surface finish.
• Infill density: 15%-20% is sufficient to ensure structural strength.
• Supports: Supports are needed. Tree supports (strong tree) are recommended, or print at a 45-degree angle with only a small amount of support.
• Color recommendation: Choose a filament color similar to your car's interior (such as black or dark gray) for the best invisible effect.

【Installation Instructions】

Installation is very simple, here are the brief steps:

1. Print the model and clean it thoroughly.

2. Paste the black mesh silicone pads. Specifications: 30mm diameter, 1mm thickness, 4 pieces (cut one in half and stick it on the back of the circle; if it feels too tight, you can omit it or choose a 0.5mm thickness).

   

   

3. Stick round magnetic induction sheets onto the bracket. Specifications: 30mm diameter, 2 pieces.

   

4. Stick magnets onto the Tuotuotie. Specifications: 30mm diameter, 2-3mm thickness, 2 pieces.

   

   

5. Align the entire bracket with the lower edge of the car's screen, and with a gentle snap, it will be installed in place.

   

6. Finally, place the Tuotuotie on it, and it will be held magnetically.
