Description
Boost Me (for free)
Each boost is highly appreciated and allows me to buy more filament for prototypes so I can create even more awesome models.
Hangboard with magnetic inserts. Adding inserts reduces edge depth. Two edges to train on - flat side, curved side.
~4mm rope has to be threaded through. Adding a carabiner allows for quick connection to some weights or excercise rubber.
There is also a second print profile, for more textured grip using fuzzy skin.
Magnets needed:
2x 10x5mm circular for the base
8x 12x2mm circular for the inserts
Printing:
You need to insert magnets during the printing process. All of this magnets need to be lined up to be in the same magnetic orientation.
If you print the inserts from the provided profile, the printer will pause at the correct heights. Place the magnets in this order:
At first pause, insert two 12mm magnets into the 8mm plate. At the second pause, insert two 12mm magnets to the 4mm plate.
At third pause, insert two 12mm magnets into the 6mm plate. At the last pause, insert additional two magnets to the 8mm plate. This plate is thick and needs four magnets.
During the printing of the hang board, the 3d printer will also pause at the correct height. Insert two 10mm magnets and continue printing.
