My First Christmas Photo Ornament for Baby or Pets

Show off a sweet photo of your baby (or fur baby) on their first Christmas, or their first Christmas in their Forever Home. This ornament

• Does not require an AMS (only works if you select only two colors)
• Prints quickly and well with a 0.4mm nozzle
• Allows photos to be easily changed
• Is adorable (at least, I think so!)

You can change the names in the slicer software (look for the objects marked “EDIT HERE”) or add totally unique words for your ornament. I used the Google Font Rum Raisin, which is freely available. I printed the samples with a 0.2mm nozzle, but a 0.4mm will work for this ornament, too (note: based on user feedback, I have enlarged the embedded text for better printing with a 0.4 nozzle).

Hot tip: to best balance print quality and time, print the top (the part with the text) with your 0.2 nozzle. The back and bottom will print fine with a 0.4mm nozzle. Since they are the thickest parts, this will really save time!

Here's a quick video showing the assembly process. You will need the printed parts, your photo, and a few drops of superglue. It's simple, just glue the front to the back (the dimples will help you get perfect alignment). Then pop in your photo and the back piece.

If desired, you can use thin cuttable plexiglass to add a “glass” front (available on Amazon or at any craft store), but I find it works fine without.
