Description
After my VFD twin transmission failed on its very first run—thanks to the notorious e-clip popping off and letting the idler gear wander—I discovered plenty of others had run into the same problem.
Credit to Steve from the Vanquish Products VS4-10 Facebook Group for the original idea; a 24mm spacer!
This redesigned part provides enough clearance for the dig arm to shift comfortably inside the transmission without needing any pesky e-clips at all. A simple solution to a frustrating issue.
Please note: This spacer removes the need for the e-clips completely.
