-----Model description-----

 

This compact sanding tool converts an old OralB oscillating toothbrush head into a functional mini sander. The printed adapter provides a rigid 40×40 mm flat surface where a piece of sandpaper is glued. The adapter is fixed to the used toothbrush head, creating a small oscillating sanding device ideal for fine, localized surface finishing. The model prints in about 30 minutes and enables practical reuse of worn OralB heads instead of discarding them.

  • One used OralB oscillating toothbrush head
  • One 40×40 mm piece of sandpaper
  • One 3D-printed adapter part (FT138-OralBSchleifer-V1)
  • adhesive (super glue)
