Milwaukee Packout Adapter for Milwaukee Charger

This adapter plate allows you to securely mount the Milwaukee standard power supply to the Packout wall system. It keeps your power supply organized and easily accessible.

Required Hardware

• 2 springs: Ø 6 mm, length 35 mm (for the click mechanism)
• 2 screws M5×10 (for the click mechanism)
• 4 screws M5×12 (for mounting the Packout bracket on the backside)
• 1 screw M4×~12 (to fix the upper connection point to the charger)
• 1 screw + Wahser + Nut M4x ~25  (to fix the lower connection point to the charger)

Instructions

Charger

The upper screw is adjusted so that the charger has minimal play and is guided cleanly when inserted. The charger is then secured with the lower screw, which can be lightly tightened together with a nut on the back side. The recessed area ensures that the charger stays securely in position.

Slider

Position the springs inside the slider and then insert it into the holder. Tighten the screws just enough so the slider can still move smoothly. If the slider feels a bit stiff, a small drop of oil can help.
