I have designed a two-piece threaded system to attach the IKEA SKÅDIS panel to the wall cleanly and robustly. The main piece is hollow, with an internal thread and a through-hole that allows the wall mounting screw to be inserted. The second piece is a cap with a double thread to screw onto the main piece, thus hiding the screw head, and another internal thread to use the standard SKÅDIS system screw. I include a screw in case you do not have the original Ikea screw, but do not expect it to be as strong as a metal screw
I have used it to anchor the bottom part of the panel to the wall, but I have included a screw in case you want to anchor your own printed panel
