10" Rack Mount Panel for Ubiquiti UniFi Switch Flex 2.5G PoE

This is a 10-inch rack front panel designed for the Ubiquiti UniFi Switch Flex 2.5G PoE. The switch sits flush with the front of the panel and is centred for a clean, professional look inside compact 10" racks.

It’s sized to fit perfectly underneath my UniFi Express 7 (UX7) rack panel, creating a matching two-unit setup for anyone building a small UniFi stack in a 10" enclosure. You can mount or remove the switch without removing other panels, which makes upgrades and cable changes significantly easier.

Features

  • Custom fit for the UniFi Switch Flex 2.5G PoE
  • Flush and centred for a tidy and uniform rack appearance
  • Matches and aligns with my UX7 rack panel above it

Hardware Needed

Uses the same mounting hardware as the UX7 panel:

  • 2 × M3 heat-set inserts (max 6 mm length recommended)
  • 2 × M3 screws (8–10 mm length)

Print Notes

  • Recommended material: PETG
  • 3 perimeters for added stiffness
  • 20–30% infill is plenty for typical installations

This panel keeps the Flex switch secure and helps make small UniFi racks look intentional and well-laid out - especially when paired with the matching UX7 panel above it.

Can you add a power supply cutout?

I am not using Ubiquiti power supply and I passed it through one of the keystone jacks on the panel above. If you could provide minimum hole diameter to pass the OEM plug through I could add a hole on the side.

I would pay for a A1 mini version of this :')

Unfortunately, it won’t fit on the A1 mini bed as a single piece. Do you have experience printing other 10” panels on the A1 mini? Are those usually split into multiple parts?
