Compact Drip Tray for Philips PerfectDraft

The original PerfectDraft drip tray is quite large, and in some setups it simply doesn’t fit.  
My machine sits on a 46 cm-deep cabinet, which makes the stock tray unusable.  
This led me to design a more compact drip tray, with a depth of only 78 mm, while keeping the essential functionality.

• Significantly more compact than the original tray (78 mm deep)
• Condensation opening preserved
• Integrated splash guard directly under the spout
• Two-part print: tray + removable grid
• Clean, simple design that blends in with the machine

Printing Notes

• To match the PerfectDraft’s look, I printed mine in PolyTerra PLA (_Charcoal Black_ and _Fossil Grey_), whose matte finish blends nicely with the machine’s black plastic.
• If you are not using the included 3MF, make sure to set the initial layer line width to 0.4 mm for the grid.  
  A wider line width can create small gaps between the hexagons, which is less visually clean.
