Jogi's Baking Sheet Holder!

Organizes your baking sheets and racks for the oven.
Vertical storage, instead of a “pile of sheets”.

The intention for this object was the following (see last photo):
Baking sheets and racks were stored in the cabinet. All in a pile.
If you needed the bottom sheet, you always had to lift the heavy sheets or take them out of the cabinet.
Cumbersome and annoying.
Vertical storage is much better and more organized!

So I developed this baking sheet organizer.

There are 2 versions that fit together perfectly:
Small version “Half Height” with 220mm height.
Normal version with 440mm height - printed from 2 parts!

Width 56mm each.

The height fits perfectly into a cabinet with standard dimensions (in Germany).
If in doubt, measure beforehand and scale accordingly.

Caution - this is a very large and long print!
One element requires approx. 320g filament - the large holders consist of 2 elements.
Thus, approx. 4 rolls of filament are needed for one cabinet compartment! :-)
And the print naturally takes a correspondingly long time.

I recommend printing in PETG-HF.
I have not tested PLA.
Printed on X1C and H2D
For this height, I recommend a device with a fixed print bed. I don't know if it prints cleanly with the A1 and its moving bed.

The settings are optimized for minimal material consumption and still sufficient stability.

The large parts are printed with brim, the small connectors without.

Print 2 parts, connect them with the small tabs (which can be inserted exactly into the groove of the large elements).
Then glue them together. I used UHU Hart.
After that, I glued 2 holders together with the covers at the front and back.
You can also glue all elements together, but then cleaning and removing them will be more difficult.

I fixed the baking sheet holders in the middle of the cabinet.
This holds very well.
You can also install 2 holders one behind the other, but that is not necessary.
If the sheets slide, simply stick a self-adhesive sealing tape across the cabinet in front and behind them.

This way the cabinet will be perfectly tidy and organized :-)
