Kit Card - ''Paper'' Plane - Prints flat then fold

Relive your childhood with the ‘’Paper'' Plane kit card, perfect for party favours or to teach kids about 3D printing. This kit card is a fast print and showcases a unique property of thin 3D prints : its ability to fold.

EDIT/NOTE : Please note that this kit card has been designed with a 0,16mm layer height in mind. I cannot guarantee the quality of a print made with a 0,20mm layer height such as the other print profiles published.

Key Features :

• Prints in under 1 hour
• Fits on most printers, even the A1 Mini
• Decreased height to facilitate folds
• Will fly just as good as a bad paper plane (you gotta perfect the launch) AKA it won't really fly
• Tab to hold business cards

Printing tips :

• Make sure your buildplate is as clean as you can get it
• Print at 0,16mm layer height with 100% infill
• No AMS needed, you can pause for the text color change or print in a single color
• Use PLA that has some flexibility to it so the folds don't snap (see list below)

**If you are printing on the A1 Mini with AMS color change, you'll have to move the prime tower as shown here.

• Eryone Silk PLA
• Duramic 3D Matte PLA

Tested PLA that didn't work so well :

• Polymaker PLA Pro (the folds weakened)
• Bambu Lab PLA Basic (the folds weakened)
