Description

I my search for 19 inch patchpanels I found some nice ones on Makerworld. I made some adjustments to my needs.
To the 19-inch keystone patchpanel I added a frame as pull relief base and numbering 1 to 8.
Furthermore I added reinforcements to the models for a more stable and stronger panel. ( I had one broken after a 6 feet fall)
As I have 2 UAP-AP-LR's and 1 UAP-AC-M with the PoE adapters I made a panel to hold 3 PoE adapters. (~30mm height)
This fits also perfectly the poweradapter from the USW Lite 8 PoE switch.

I printed the models with Bambu PETG HF on the Coolplate Supertack for a smooth look.
(flow ratio a little bump to 0.97, nozzle temp initial layer 230 → 240 , other layers 250)
Afterwards I saw some overhang imperfections due to speed and cooling misconfiguration. Adjust overhang settings for your printer and/or filament. The profile has lower printspeed and more cooling than I printed with.
