Description

My friend had broken his original remote for his truck and asked if I could print a new case. Looks like a Prestige 91P keyless remote that retails for about $80 online. I couldn't find any available .stl files online, so I decided to try and model the remote housing from scratch, and this is the result. It takes 2x CR2016 batteries that are retained in the rear part. You will need to remove the pos+ connector along with the buttons from the original and use them in this model. I was able to get a successful print out of ABS, PETG, and PET-CF. The CF print looks the worst, but it should hold up to any abuse you throw at it. I modeled it to snap together at the top and sides, and you can use 2x M2x8 screws and nuts to secure the bottom together.

If you have any fitment issues due to your filament choice, or other factors, I have included the Solidworks model for both sides as well.

Here is a more detailed description of the remote from an online retailer:

I would like others to be able to find this model and save themselves the trouble of spending $80 for a new remote just because the housing broke.
