🧠 Maker’s Note

I was looking for a suitable stackable mini shelf on Makerworld — but I wasn’t quite satisfied with most designs.
Either they didn’t stack properly or the design just didn’t appeal to me.
So I decided to fire up Fusion 360 and create my own version — the HexaStack.


So here is what i come up with:
This modular mini shelf brings honeycomb strength and futuristic design right to your desk. Its interlocking geometry allows for easy vertical stacking — no screws, no clips, just precision fit and stability.

Whether you’re organizing tools, paints, gadgets, or collectibles, the HexaStack keeps your setup clean and stylish. Fits perfect Game Controllers ;)

💡 Printing Tips

Print the shelf on its side to avoid supports and maximize surface quality.
Combine multiple shelves to build your own modular desk organizer system!

 

  • Recommended settings:
    • Layer height: 0.2 -0,24mm (for faster Print use bigger Nozzle up to 0.8mm)
    • No supports (if laying on the side)
    • Standard infill ~ 10-15% (structure is self-supporting)
